This new video is directed by Hideyuki Tanaka from "Framegraphics" the same director who works with Kyary from Sai & Ko, that is why you can appreciate that little style that was seen in Sai & Ko (the use of 3D objects made in Motion Capture, Background without green screen, etc ...).
In fact the crew of the video is almost the same as Sai & Ko, except that the Hair & Make in Harajuku Iyahoi is
Masayoshi Okudaira and in Sai & Ko it was Minako Suzuki, among others also belonging to the special equipment among others that change followed in any video.
The video that has only 11 hours of being uploaded to Youtube (since uploading this post) has 39,143 views of which only 6,364 people have evaluated the video. Currently the video has 6,301 likes and 63 dislikes.
Well, the video itself is a bit different from Kyary's style, you can see a Kyary even more mature, in the sense that no such "childish" graphics were used anymore. I would have liked it to be a little more than Harajuku and not only Laforet, although Laforet is known as the heart and a very important square and museum in the Harajuku district.
Compared with other videos, this reminds me of the AU of Mottai Night Land when the mirrors appear.
In the minute 0:55 when the other Kyary appear as dancers and have like masks, it seems that they used the same of KPP BEST but with blonde hair.
And by the way as last data, Kyary has called to the choreography of minute 2:39 "Iyahoi Dance".
